Who is the person responsible for personal data? Each company is responsible for processing of personal data (controller) that is carried out by employees at the company relating to the job application or the application for our talent pool in the company and is at the same time processor for the company, to which such application also applies.
What personal data may be processed? The personal data that we may process consists of names and contact details (address, telephone number and e-mail address), social security number (or other information on date of birth), gender, sought service or office and service of interest, information in personal letter, CV and submitted credentials and other documents, information provided by references, your test values, notes and summaries from interviews and conversations during the recruitment procedure, as well as summaries and analyzes about you by the recruitment consultant or other service provider engaged in connection with the recruitment. We do not deal with sensitive personal data (ie information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or membership in a union or that relates to health or sex life).
How can personal data be collected? The personal information is provided to us by, or on behalf of, you through our digital recruitment tool or otherwise or by the recruitment consultant or other service provider engaged in connection with the recruitment or collected from specified references, through tests you do during the recruitment procedure and from private or public records and other sources.
For what purposes and on what legal grounds can personal data be processed? The personal data is processed for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment procedure. The treatment is based on our legitimate interest in efficient and accurate recruitment process. If you have consented that we may process the data for future recruitments, the data may be processed for that purpose and based on such consent.
With whom can personal data be shared? The personal data may be shared with the other Coromatic companies and may be disclosed to any recruitment consultant or other service provider engaged in connection with the recruitment procedure. No personal data is transferred outside the EU / EEA.
How long is the personal data stored? The personal data may be stored during the time the recruitment process is in progress, after which the information is deleted. If you have consented that we may process the data for future recruitments, the information may instead be preserved for two years after the consent has been given (or until the consent has previously been revoked), after which they are deleted. Regardless of the above, we may store the data as long as a job seeker who is not employed can take legal action in respect of the recruitment.
